Lisa Schneider and her son Aaron took Flat Freddy to the Phillies game last night at Citizens Bank Park. They all had a great time, even if the hometown boys did drop their second in a row to the Mets, this time 7–4. We think they needed Freddy in the line-up.

Looking under the hood of a Chevrolet Volt are Josh Holder of Pipersville in black tee, Chris Jastrzebski of New Britain in yellow tee and Bill Licopoli, the students’ AP Environmental Science teacher at Central Bucks West.
On April 17, twenty-six Central Bucks West seniors from Bill Licopoli’s Advanced Placement Environmental Science class were guests of the Fred Beans Cadillac Buick and Chevrolet dealerships on North Easton Road in Doylestown, where they learned about “clean vehicles,” emissions and tech advances in the automotive industry.

Fred Beans Nissan of Limerick, in collaboration with Mishock Physical Therapy & Associates, hosted a free professional basketball skills coaching session by Hall of Fame master coach Bob Koch and his company, Hoops.

On April 24, the Travis Manion Foundation lost its founder, chairman and visionary when Janet Manion, mother of 1st Lt. Travis Manion, passed away after a valiant battle with cancer. She died surrounded by her loving family in Doylestown, Pa., at the age of 58.

Two students from the Berks Career & Technology Center in Oley, Pennsylvania, recently completed a training program at Fred Beans Ford of Boyertown in preparation for this year’s Ford AAA Student Auto Skills Competition. The students have been chosen to represent BCTC at Pennsylvania’s 2012 competition this Wednesday, April 25, in Warminster, Bucks County.
